  The doctors are amazing. However, if your kids are not sick and you need a checkup the staff becomes rude. They send you to voice mail over and over. After waiting a month for a call back, I tried again. They sent me to voice mail. I called back and asked to not be sent to voice mail. I really need an appointment for my kids’ checkup that is 6 months late....due to being sent to voice mail. The receptionist asked me to verify my phone number and then told me that they had returned my calls. I have no record of any returned calls. I told her that and she became snotty. Telling me that it was my fault not theirs. WHAT? I was so shocked at the unprofessional behavior that I couldn't speak. I finally calmly said that I would be finding a new office, she replied "Thank You." Every time I call I get sent to voice mail! How long do I have to make calls that get sent to voice mail before I can get a checkup...and then to have someone infer that I am a liar. If your child is sick it is easy to get in; if not it will be a pain. I will miss our doctor so much but I cannot live with the treatment of my family when trying to make a checkup appointment. I am currently looking for an office that has doctors of this caliber with a staff that follows suit.
