- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their policies are RIDICULOUS. We had to cancel two wellness appointments. One because of a death and the other because my husband's work schedule. We gave them more than enough time. Come to find out they want 48 hours of notice!! So we received a bill for a $100! Fifty dollars for each cancelled appointment. I have never been in a practice where there is a requirement of forty eight hours. Life is unpredictable. Things happen. We gave over three hours notice for the first cancellation and over six hours for the second cancellation. When I told the receptionist that we had to leave because we couldn't afford those late fee's, she didn't care. Just a horrid practice. Would not recommend!October 29, 2017by mary hurd
