- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I rarely post online reviews, but I am left appalled after a simple visit over my dog's allergies. The only reason that this place deserves 1 star was because of the friendliness of the admin. I have gone to Oakbrook Clinic for years & our visit yesterday was was terrible beyond comprehension. The veterinarian we saw, was rude & condescending. She contradicted herself more than once while attempting to "upsell" services, surgeries, shots & medications. My dog & I were left in a hot claustrophobic room for an eternity before i was able to take her to the car. Doctor would not allow us to go out a different exit (although I have been allowed to do this many times in the past) Her exact words were, "No, that's NOT gonna happen!" When I was finally able to make the payment, I was overcharged for a procedure that i had not approved. I then requested to talk directly to Vet about this & she blatantly lied to my face. I used to love this place, but at this point, unless there were an apology & refund, I would never take my pet back there again.October 17, 2017by Nancy Passafiume Varra
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I take my cat samwise here and its wonderful. I never have to wait long, the vets are great and offer good advice. I have his checkups here and got him neutered here and while you pay slightly more than other places, it's totally worth it for the attention and care they get. The office is always clean and all the staff are super friendly and remember my cat by name as soon as I walk in, which is super important to me.
