- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Basically, I was having some issues and went to visit my family physician who referred me to Dr. Todd Kirchhoff. I had to wait over a month for an appointment which wasn't too bad I guess. But when the appointment was made, the nurse at Dr. Kirchhoff's office asked what my symptoms were. My symptoms were made known to the nurse. When I arrived at my appointment with Dr. Kirchhoff, I entered the room, sat down, and the nurse asked me what my symptoms were as if I hadn't already made them known a month earlier. I explained them to her and she immediately told me that Dr. Kirchhoff did not handle those issues. Minutes later Dr. Kirchhoff entered the room and made me explain my symptoms once again. I did. He explained to me, just like the nurse did...that he does not handle issues of those sorts. So there I was...having waited over a month to see him, assuming they already had the information on the problem I was having, and they wait to tell me then that they can't handle my problem. They could have told me this when the appointment was made a month earlier. I could have made an appointment with a doctor that does handle my issues. Instead I had to wait, suffer, make arrangements for my son with a babysitter so that I could drive to his office and pay money for them to tell me they don't handle my issues. Then...I guess to make me feel better, he writes out a prescription for me even though he says he doesn't handle my issues. Like I'm going to take that prescription when he hasn't a clue what is wrong with me. I ended up writing them a letter about this. A long, detailed letter. They never responded to me. The only thing I received back was a bill for the copay for my visit. Nice huh? Basically, they have no respect or consideration for their patients as far as I'm concerned.
